Opera was captured by the mafia but after protecting MC, he got adopted into the family and became MC's guard.

Kalego manages the money and teaches MC basic mafia tasks. He steals a lil but they don't gaf I guess.

Clara was forced to work in a dangerous circus in exchange for the circus owner looking for her family (he was lying to her) MC bought the circus and Clara's debt transferred to MC, now she's serving him as a bodyguard.

Asmo's mom was declared traitor and he was groomed by Ifrit to become a merciless agent of justice. He infiltrated the mafia and acted as MC's bodyguard until MC decided to take down a human trafficking ring to rescue Clara's brother.

Asmo shot MC before Ifrit could kill him, he regretted his decision and decided to abandon the police to join MC for real. He burned his face to atone for his betrayal and became MC's actual bodyguard.

Ameri was MC's childhood friend and she formed her own gang to control the streets. Now she wants to rescue MC from the mafia

The six fingers in this story are the ''good guys'' who are trying to kill MC.

The mafia don tried to form a lil friend group for MC but none of them gaf. MC is on a quest to catch em all, pokemon style.

His diamond got stolen by the smart dumbass trio (Lied, Jazz, Allocer) and had to gamble to get it back.

The Casino's owner (Orias) was depressed because he thought all his unbeatable luck came from some lucky charms and lost to Allocer during a big event.

MC invited the whole public to the casino for a banger show where they played Russian Roulette. MC lost but Robin (the sniper) sniped the bullet before MC killed himself.

Orias had to show up after that and he realized his luck wasn't because of the charms, but because of his confidence.

MC lost the diamond but gained 3 friends + Orias.

Currently, MC got blamed for everything (the circus, human trafficking etc) and now he's on the run. Gaap was friendly from the beginning so he let MC hide in their ship.

He said if all misfits gathered, they could maybe clear up the misunderstandings. He also directed them towards the fighting ring because there were other misfits residing there.

I've been obsessed with both stories, my pleasure. The plot tends to jump from casual to chaotic a lot, I get it lol.
