What a weak reason to abandon a child. Can you imagine leaving your child to his grandma and ignoring him for decades was a good decision? If they wanted him to enjoy the high society so bad, at least for winter they could keep him with them. While he grows up, they could tell their reasons. He wouldn't be so twisted now.
