Why is Akane getting so much undeserved hate?? She impersonated Ai because Aqua sort of suggested it and she, being a bloody good actor, pulled it off real well. Even if she's being eerily similar to Ai, she never wanted to lure anyone in. If she does use that impersonation to get Aqua in the future, then I'll be pissed too but that hasn't happened yet. Probably never will.
I'm so glad Akane isn't a real person because the amount of hate here would probably drive her to kill herself, the way it did in the manga.
The Story portraits the same ugliness that we have in real life. People are honestly that mean without knowing that they are spreading hate AND without knowing that being quiet would have been better, oh well.
AND a lot of readers worry that Akane could ruin everything with her influence on Aqua, like you do. Hope this helps, the fact that he kissed her, bc I just realized, he probably wouldn’t kiss a girl that resemble his idol, mother figure, family, parental soulmate. That would mean that the only victim is Akane bc she got a kiss stolen and will probably feel really hurt once she finds out that she IS being used but also understands once she knows the reason. uff so much drama will come.
I totally agree with you but I'm sure it was mentioned that Aqua kissed her on camera so he could have some tangible relationship with Akane, who understands Ai on a very deep level, to unravel Ai's past and her behaviour and stuff. I also agree with what you said regarding people's behaviour being the same inside a manga or irl. I genuinely used to think that online bullying was a thing of fiction until a few years ago. People keep showing their ugly sides on the Internet, forgetting that the target of their nasty comments is a human just like them.
I also agree tbh the fact shes getting in hate in these comments is stupid. I get its all opinions but calm down honestly i was just so impressed shes great as an actress. Its also the fact people expect her to know the dept of ai and aquas relationship she wasnt there to see. You cant just feel sorry then hate on that same person. Like make sense your logic is terrible. I get that impersonating a dead person is disrespectful but a lot of celebs are inspired and try acting as that inspiration. Aqua is the one who suggested it akane just took that offer.
