That's great but what happened to the general? Unlike other readers I don't really want him to end up with the MC just because I think he deserves better. He'll just be treated as the backup. We all know Yoo Young will never ever get rid of his love for the Emperor. That being said, the general can and deserves to be happy alone/with someone else. Ending up with the uke isn't the only way for someone to receive their happy ending. I want to see where he ends up because I know he poured his heart into every action he committed and was very genuine towards the MC.
In the novel the general was assigned to do an expedition in another region. He’s back working for the emperor, but he’s no longer assigned in the capital. General returned the dragon carving they buried and left it outside MC’s quarter in the palace, but it was also his sign of good bye. MC and general never saw each other again. There’s more detail to this in the novel, but it’s the gist of it.
The only work I like from this author is Satoshi and Kakeru, the rest is literally so questionable (idk about the the Flow In Flower yet though bc I haven't read it). If you think the main couple in this manga is cute, you'd be dead fucking wrong they failed so badly as parents. ALL of their children literally got GROOMED by their own ADULT friends ever since they were kids. The 6th chapter was already a sign. I know they say 'seperate the art from the artist' but I really feel uncomfortable with this author. With the amount of grooming and borderline pedophilic content they've been making which composes 50% of their works...it really makes you think twice.
Think abt it none of this would've happened in the first place if Habibi didn't impulsively try to get rid of Neungso via getting ppl to kidnap him, and this whole shebang wouldn't have happened if Haru just said he wanted to try to talk to Habibi again instead of emoting every 12 in the morning in front of a 'sleeping' Neungso.
So basically, they suck at communication and Neungso is the only ray of light in the world and he deserves so much better than a rabbit who keeps on putting him into situations he doesn't want to be in. At this point he's getting treated like an ornament. He tries to speak out but just gets dangled around by Haru who doesn't give a shit about how he personally feels about all this.
I hate how willful Haru is in this chapter Neungsoo is clearly agitated beyond comprehension and he still forces him to take him to the rabbit kingdom while KNOWING the reason those guys came to the human world in the first place was because they wanted to kidnap/entice him then fucking use him as the moon rabbit to get him to breed there for the rest of his life I don't know if he's naive or just plain stupid
Also I hate Habibi. Not saying she should die but she should gtfo (◍•ᴗ•◍)
Am I the only one who feels as if the resolution was rushed because the author realized they made mistake in making Haru so annoyingly stubborn and now they're back tracking
thats exactly what i was thinking
def and haru in the last chapter annoyed the fuck out of me. like please LISTEN TO YOUR BRIDE
