lemme explain. it is all bc of her/his poor skill writing. i think they could make it more better if eunhyuk and suae had a normal conversation. all this drama was for nothing. they just keep dropping chapters for prolonging story and that’s all. i can’t find normal reason to continue all this drama that will hurt eunhyuk and dohwa for sure.

Dude it’s a story. Who wants the same old boring mumbo jumbo? Yeah they could have taken it another cliche route where they get it o a fight yada yada. I like this. This is realistic for her circumstances and she still gets her knight in gangster printed armor.

I think he does love her but it’s not what a normal person would call “love”. A normal humans love is very different from psychopaths love. He was born different and his brain is wired differently. He doesn’t feel big emotions. He doesn’t understand them. The reason he liked extreme BDSM is because it makes him feel things. Choking makes him feel fear, being naked in public makes him feel embarrassment and anxiety, being treated like a whore makes him feel shame. It’s the only time he can feel these emotions. Negative emotions are easier to simulate than happy ones are. I don’t think hes ever experienced something similar to the feeling of love as most humans feel it or joy or something like that. If you want him to express love in the “normal” way, you need to first teach him what that feels like. It’s actually why so many psychopaths go off the rails and commit crimes. It’s the only way they get to feel something strong enough that their body gets involved like when your heart beats out your chest when you’re scared or how your stomach is in your throat when you’re anxious or how shame feels like a boulder is sitting on your chest. As a prince too, he has been limited in what he can experience. Him allowing her to be above him in the pecking order is another way he’s experiencing something new.

I do think that she will train him into a better person but I sincerely doubt he will become a “normal” human after that. I don’t mind how unhinged he is, I just want him to stop hurting her in order to get what he wants. He can just ask for it and I’m sure she will do it so he’s just being immature by not asking.
