Not always! The "Blabla omega wants to possess me" is ABO with everyone having beta bodies (don't even ask me how they make children). But I'm pretty sure this one has a d and the artist just makes it look a bit ambiguous because china. 1st time they did it, blonde touched her down there before saying she's a alpha, there were crumbled tissues next morning, and the street scene she makes a joke about having a "hard" time.
i just finished rereading this, iʼll never stop thinking about them. this gl is one of my favorites and i personally think itʼs one of the best ones out there. the pacing of the story is so good and i can truly feel the love and emotion between all of them. itʼs a pretty satisfying ending too and their characterization is amazing. i miss them so much ahhh
