Arvid is pretty cute, but again, red eyes just look demonic irl, I'm not fond of the red eye trend.
The brat is still quite naive, while the emperor had to mature alot sooner at an younger age.

I felt pity for the envoys since they were all hungry, the blondie was cute about it but the others were getting hangry.
The chapter is a bit weird in flow for me because I thought their dinner was on a different day. Usually these state affairs last hours and give time for diplomats to mingle.

I've never minded the meals at temples or religious retreats, because when you go there everyone is mindful of not indulging their gluttony. But this dinner isn't hosted in a temple, it's hosted in a palace. I can't imagine the palace staff faces as they prepare these oddities. There are pics of food served at state banquets or Buckingham Palace, it's all fancy. Even the water glasses are fancy.

I enjoyed the season, and am looking forward to Rosie living a better life that being a tree maiden.
