What he meant was pheromone accumulation in general. There is a reason why they have to release their pheromones regulary. Pheromone accumulation can lead to brain damage/ they can go insane. His DA dad got braindamage because of that, he lots the ability to feel emotions, and it would be worse if is wasn't for his partner Koi's ( Grayson DO dad) pheromones keep it a bay.
So Grayson is pondering if he gone insane because of pheromones.

It's probably the most predictable and mundane stories I have read. The flow would have been great if the mc focused on building his acting career instead of trying to impress the other guy or whatever.... I'm waiting to see some career progression and interesting dynamics while this guy goes around doing stuff that nobody forced him to and acting braty for no reason. Like it's so... Bad. I read till chap 19...droppin
