All I remember is that it's bl and uhm earth is nono like everything or atleast most areas are toxic and that mc is a newbie of some sort of organization and that the ml is this cold high ranking esper (?) I'm not sure if it's a guideverse but basically the ml saves the mc and gives him a tiny bit of special treatment. Mc is naive and I vaguely remember this one scene where the mc has to enter some kind dreamscape or something that needs to be controlled by the will of your mind to save everybody. Art style is very pretty it reminds me of manhuas

It was a about a guy being able to hire really op mercenaries or something one was an assassin I think and the second one was like someone rlly dumb but strong anyway the mercenaries dont want him to fight because he's getting too strong or soemthing iirc one of the mercenary has blue hair
