I haven't read this in years but this was one of my first BL stories and now its completely ruined. Like why this? I just saw spoilers and it's honestly horrible. There are millions of other plot points this could have followed, or maybe a AU would be better as well, I would’ve love a fantasy or something like a mafia AU maybe or literally anything else but this. It's ridiculous how a perfect and story got ruined just like that.

Nah this made me so uncomfortable. I will never accept that she abandoned her son only to come back once he married rich. Thats not remorse. She could have come support him but she only took money and a house and even his son and husband. That's selfish. She didn’t even explain, a single ""Im sorry"" doesn't fix what she broke in Hyesung.

She only wanted the money.
She didn't care enough to try to apologize before he got a rich husband.

Biggest issue with how she dared to call Byul a nickname right in front of her son she abandoned. Absolutely disgusting.

She abandoned him
She remarried.
Had children.
Got divorced.
Had no money or support.

That's when she came crawling back, not to apologize but because he is rich.

Hyesing got the life she wanted for herself.

If she cared a little bit about Hyesunf she would have refused money and the house and wouldn't have manipulated his son.

To whoever said Grayson is a green flag uhhmmm?? Did we read the same story. This man literally locked Dane up for days just to force him to reval his trait. Was happy Dane could be blind and wanted to literally kill Dane so they could stay together??? Of course he didn't but the thought alone is toxic enough. I just finished the Novel and really liked Grayson but be fr that man is not a 'greenflag' (⊙…⊙ )

Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't the reason she came back and wanted to meet Hyesung because she needed money or smth? And then coincidentally she 'actually' felt bad about abandoning him and that was the real reason, definitely bot the money abd the fact he married into a rich family. She literally abandoned him for all his life and somehow only came actually looking for him after he got a rich man. She could have tried looking for him and support him from the background if she cared so much about her son instead of betraying him AGAIN by talking to his husband and son behind his back! She should have AT LEAST tried telling Hyesung herself about what was happening behind his back! And accepting a freaking hpuse and money from a practical stageer to her! SHE NEVER CARED ABOUT HIM! She only wanted money. She doesn’t care about Hyesung. I dont care what the author is trying to do with this plot but no matter what her 'reason' was for abandoning him as a kid, she went and betrayed him again as a married adult. NOTHING about what she did after their 'reunion' felt like regret, and wanting forgiveness. If she wanted forgiveness and actually cared she would have TRIED supporting Hyesung instead she only took money and a house and his new family from him. She hasn't changed.
