it was sweet, although the flow was a little clunky at times (could be the translation)
yes, there is an instance of possible sexual assault (the mc himself says different things about it throughout the story (even telling the ml in ch. 6 "i pretended to be the victim"). but it's actually written into the story and the characters actually engage with the incident and the issue of consent after the fact. the main focus of the story is not the instance of possible SA, it's the growth of the main character to accept his sexuality and his love for the ml. the two main characters are great, the story is engaging- it should have a higher rating on this website.
i am so sorry to have to say this but during the rain scene they get wet and they're suddenly wearing different shirts. i just can't get this bizarre continuity issue out of my head, so hopefully by writing it i will be able to exorcize this demon.

This is a very cute little story! Well paced, well drawn, with main characters who seem fleshed out. Would recommend!
it has some good qualities, but the storytelling is hard to follow- and did anyone else feel like it's trying a bit too hard to be cool or angsty?
so, at this point here's my best guess as to what will happen for our beloved characters: yashiro will somehow figure out that doumeki will be ordered to kill kai and kills kai himself and goes to jail because he doesn't want doumeki to become a murderer. doumeki will get to leave his group more or less peacefully, and he will be waiting for yashiro when he gets out of prison.
what are your predictions?
God no I don't want that for Yashiro either tho. Prison ain't nice. Doumeki has already been once.
But if you mean Yashiro manipulates to get Kai killed but in a way where nobody can be identified as the killer or someone else takes the blame. Then maybe. I think there's still cards Yashiro has to trade, and Doumeki's boss wants to let him go anyway.

i don't think it's possible for yashiro to end up in jail seeing his position and we still talking bout yashiro, he always has a card up in his sleeve. but on the other side - i've got a bad feeling that he might be the one dying in next few chapters. ab doumeki - idk. i really have no idea what might happen to him. But surely we won't get any happy ending.
