Depends. The blade themselves? No way. The actual fan part that’s drilled in, POSSIBLY but that’s pushing it. stuff hanging from ceilings need to be drilled into the beams, hooks, hanging chairs, ceiling fans, etc. I’m not sure what alternatives could be, BUT if you had a hook strong enough to support the weight of a person installed into that beam, then yes they could shag themselves from it

So the story is basically they're in a school for the troubled but someone mixed the girl's drugs up(the nurse) and her friend found her dead when she went to her room but i don't know how to make it seem like she killed herself (she's a prime Minister's daughter) at one point after taking her meds she started hallucinating, getting depressed and stuff, which the school thinks led to her death (it's not known the nurse was the killer)

U can use the drugs given by the nurse as a method of her death..people will think that she overdose, and leave suicide notes..
If you cant think about how to uncover the truth, meaning to tell people that the nurse did all that..the suicide notes is actually a good way..cuz, there is something like handwriting forensic or some method that im not sure what the name is..if you wanted hanging type of suicidal method, you probably can use a window grille, although it sound funny but it happened, like those suicide in prison.. and ceiling fan usually can hold people hanging from it..i seen once on news where a mother hang herself from a ceiling fan after she killed her children (if im nt mistaken the story goes like this)
