I’m trying to find a BL manga where the ML asks for the MC’s help with a baby because (i think) his wife died, and the MC and the ML live together. The MC is in love with the ML but doesn’t want the ML to know, but after a while living together the ML has fallen for him too.
Now this scene that i remember vividly is the reason why i’m searching for this manga: one night both of them get really drunk, and the MC (by muscle memory at this point) goes to put the baby to sleep in the baby’ room, and the ML makes his move and tries to kiss him. the MC is about to reciprocate but last second gets sober i think and pulls away

What do you search for when looking for BL?
For example, when I’m looking for BL on unrequited love lists, I want to know if the uke or seme is the one in love, so I make sure to tag if the uke or seme is in love on my list.
I also read the ratings of a BL for any criticisms to mentally prepare myself sometimes lol
For me it's always about good characters/characterization. Everything follows after. Bonus for good plot.
1) art style should be to my liking
2) obsessive/possessive and yearner Top
3)interesting plot
I don't search for specific stuff I actually filter what I can't deal with, I try to avoid toxic stuff that already starts with rape
I usually get attracted by interesting covers usually things with parenting if in the mood for fluff, or horny if I'm in the mood for smut. I give it a go to most comics but if three chapters in it feels like a chore or is hurting me bad(there's stuff that hurts but good) I just drop it, put it in my to read list and forget it
The covers. Most of the time if the cover looks interesting I click, then I’ll read the summary and the comments.
Sometimes I’ll find someone else’s recommendations, and I’ll click the link.
Sometimes I’ll start reading, sometimes I won’t and sometimes they get dropped and forgotten.

Do you guys like longer synopses, a longer part for my opinion of the story, or one and not the other?
I like to see the synopses on lists to see what the story is about. The review is important too. Maybe you can synthesize them into a score in order to get the information across in less characters.
Unless the premise of the story is truly eye catching I don't think the whole synopsis is necessary. Normally I think its fine to list out a few short tropes or tags (for example, enemies to lovers, omegaverse, school life, etc). And then you can give your own opinion. I agree with the other commenter. Its best to find a synthesis between them.
Tell me about it also if you reach 200 in a list you can't edit your notes / review or move titles around so u always have to keep it at 199..
I want infinite lists lol. I hate having to number my lists cuz there's only 200 u can fit in 1 list.. After organizing some of my lists (which I'm actually super lazy to do) I ended up with hundreds of them.. I'm not even done organizing it's like 15% done
