Yeah I don't remember but 3 years ago I found this one bl manga with any AMAZING art style and cover so i started reading it and aw hell naw the mc was basically being sexuallized by any man in the story and the ml kept playing innocent with the mc only to legit approach the mc with the SAME reason as all the other men and like the ml had a crush on the mc since they were kids cause he saw the mc ONE time in a train. .. it has more messed up shit I remember being so traumatized like... thank God I forgot most of it
I typically associates the ugly bastard trope as a man centered hentai thing but recently I’ve been seeing too many disgusting pigs on gorgeous twinks and guys…. What the fuck. Why tf is it appearing in BL?

Yeah I’ve lingered on MRM for years too, but it was typically manga one shots with no plot and clearly meant for a certain audience, typically avoidable. The bottoms always looked “a certain way” too either leaning WAYY too much on one side or the other.
However, now idk if it’s just me but I’ve read 3-4 so far where im blind sided by them being SA’d by these “fat bastards” who fit that category 100%.
I’m so confused as to why it’s being integrated into manhwa when the bottom is unfortunate.
