Considering nudist beaches are a thing and that once anckles and thighs where 'immodest' and 'provocative', there could be hope for normalising breasts in the far future, but considering many people still can't even handle seeing a woman breastfeed, I don't think we'll be here to enjoy that time (if it ever comes).

I'm 95% certain you mean "Journal with witch". It's exactly this scene, but it's not actually BL, these are both female characters and their relationship is not romantic. It's still a very very good anime I defintely recommend. You can check this scene within the first 3min of episode 1. 2 reply
