I forgot to add it but wow was I the only one surprised at Freddie’s death? Like, it was pretty sad. I really thought she would find a solution in the end with her powers opening or something so I was really surprised. I think it’s a bit dulled by the ending, but that was pretty harsh in the story!

First I’ll say the drawing are amazing! It blew me away. Then if we take the scenario, the first part is really lovely. I usually don’t like the kid interfering with adults relationships but I liked how it was done and how Lili had her own relationships build. Which… I didn’t exactly expect the second part of the series turn out to be so about battlefield and all but it wasn’t necessarily a bad thing, though it lost what gave it such a special vibe in the first place.
I have to say, I was so so happy with who her sister ended and with whom she ended. I really thought it wouldn’t be the case. And Cedric is such a sweet sweet man, so not male lead compared to Michael and yet… wow. Every time I was stunned when he was on screen if her sister didn’t take him I WOULD HAVE! And kinda same for Joshua he’s pushed in the back a lot at first but he’s always here and he’s kinda… the healthiest option? Wanting her to do what she wants to do, and he knows her well, as she is, in a way you would’ve probably expected Aiden to, but actually Joshua does. There are several moments where he steps back, and even when Lili seems wavering, he never takes advantage of it, which felt really good.
Lili was a bit infuriating about that level she had such a hard time coming to terms with her feelings and made it a bit more painful than it should’ve been a few times.
On a side note why does she get a baby and her sister still HASNT?? Come on I wanted to see her and Cedric’s baby, they would’ve been such lovely parents…
It was an appreciable story in many ways tbh! Probably a 4/5 stars kindof story!

Just my opinion but I really don’t like Aiden and Carslile as adults, like Carslile was so cute when he was young but as an adult his face just kind of looks wrong and Aiden also has something that makes him look not great. I feel like Joshua’s design is kinda the best (Luca also looks good enough).

I know she’s traumatized and looking for redemption and wanted a contract mariage, thought she was stealing Cedric before realizing she wasn’t and she’s strategic and all etc etc but she annoys me. Urgh. She always makes things unnecessarily complicated when they could be far more simple, keeps seeing herself as a tool and hurt Cedric in the process because she lacks self worth and I know it’s part of her character but it’s so infuriating to see her try to be cold and distant again and not give in a little. It makes her relationship with Cedric so much more awkward and honestly a lot less likable for me.

I watched the anime back the when I was in middle school I think and I came back now to reread everything. I basically had stopped cause I didn’t want to read the end but I finally did and it has such a melancholic feel. The idea that they leave the shrine, that it’s really the end of the adventure it just kind of makes me want to cry. It’s their ending and the ending of the manga but it also feels like the ending of an entire pan of life. It’s still an amazing story but goshhh it kills me.

The story was pretty good but somehow the end felt pretty long and I had a genuine hard time finishing it? I like a lot of things, Dorothea, her found family, Ray… I don’t like Ethan that much but it’s fine. But the end was difficult to stay invested in, I guess it may have marinated too long and taken too long to get to that point for me? Which is a shame because apart from that the story was pretty good and I like the turnaround and the drawings.
Oh well, I did my part writing a fic about Theon and Ray I guess though I could have thought of another one but yeah, I’ll probably stop there

Great drawing, and interesting story! I like the fact there were abilities, I love the personality of Paresa she’s really smart, and strong, and she’s the kind of girl you can’t help but stan. Her relationship with the empress is nice- I do think the emperor get off too easily for what he did. I love the relationship between Paresa and Andreas, the crown prince. I was annoyed about how long they took to get together!! But Andreas is a green flag with long hair hehe- agreeing to respect her choice, worrying about her despite it all, waiting for her… gosh. Him and Paresa are really cute together and I just wanted them to makeout already all along haha. Overall what a great story, I’m glad I decided to read!

This is really an amazing read, the drawings are beautiful, and the story is super interesting. I’m at chapter 46 so far and I had a hard time letting go of it yesterday (went to sleep too late whoops). I think it’ll definitely go among my top read if it keeps going that way. The ML kind of makes me think of the one in second life of the trash princess who is “too beautiful and he’s aware of it” and it was hilarious. I honestly think the way the FL falls for him in this story is really interesting- because she never experienced love like that before but it’s also a dilemma due to her position. I was wondering whether to start this read and I’m glad I did!

I find it so childish and a bit annoying how Ethan and Theon are in conflict but it never ceases me to make me laugh how one walks in the room the other is in and then they go “THEON FREEDE!” “ETHAN BRONTE!”

Currently reading so I’m not done yet, but he really was at least part of the cause why everything happened in the past. He never really acted in Dorothy’s best interests, he acted in the way he thought he could get Dorothy for himself and it splendidly backfired on him. He keeps thinking he knows her best (and sometimes it’s true) and he behaves in consequences, but his way of acting pushes Dorothy into difficult situations. Just like the light stone thing, he didn’t ask her if she wanted to do this, he just pushed it onto her. He considered she would still want to be empress like before and didn’t stop for a moment to ask her what she really wanted this time. The result is her having to lie and being uncomfortable. I don’t like when he’s manipulative like that. I honestly was kinda AH! IN YOUR FACE! when Theon committed suicide and it devastated Dorothy because… yeah of course that would happen given Theon’s power and you took everything from him… and Ethan couldn’t even realize or at least pretended not to realize the extent of Dorothy’s feelings for Theon, despite considering himself as the one who “knew her best”. That was really silly.
