Responding to the thing about manhwa where they actually do anything resembling real prep (gonna have to check out A Well Known Love Affair) - it's so rare that I actually keep a running list. There are definitely more manga than manhwa for whatever reason. There's one where the top preps the bottom for THREE HOURS. Longest I've ever seen. It wasn't a very good manga but I'll always remember it for that.
