The End unfortunatly, no side stories announced yet
If not, he has nowhere to go, no family, no home, no legal status. If he is a real person, he could've been just trapped forever and everyone would have forgotten him? Forgotten to exist or forgotten that they left him in the game? But what is with the glas guy, who was a player? Questions over Questions.

I want it to be a long read, a slow-burn just like form of sympathy. Hopefully the author will release more than 4 short chapters

I'm hooked bit I'm more hooked about the history background of this Story. Does anyone know? It would be interesting of this would be set in the Future bc they're thinking of the possiblity of an "Imperial China" that fights against South Korea

You are completely spot on! It is actually set in an alternate, dystopian near-future where China has rebranded as an aggressive "Imperial" superpower, putting South Korea on the constant brink of war and total absorption. Because of that massive military threat, society has become highly authoritarian, and the prison is basically a brutal containment zone used to control the population under the guise of "national security." That whole survival-driven paranoia is why the environment is so harsh and why the stakes are so high for the characters!
