He just went to the seme as a backup or rebound. Even when they were together he was still going on about seima after saying he was gonna stop and called seme his servant. Idk who the author is lying to, this ain't no love story. Ngl I feel bad for the seme, seems like the kind of relationship that will break apart in a couple years when seme gets a backbone for once or when the uke finds a new "prince".

From what I've read, the uke is an annoying bastard that hates his bf, cares more about a fictional character than his bf, completely lacks communication skills, doesn't make an effort to clear up misunderstandings, and absolutely doesn't deserve the seme?? I remember giving this 3 stars in 2023, but rn this deserves 1. Ik the author was trying to go for a cute, dorky, insecure guy who's hopelessly inlove but they just wrote an annoying bumbling fool who u can't root for cuz he doesnt want to lock in and makes the wrong play every time. All he literally does throughout the story is run away. While reading all I'm thinking about is that one meme "if ur not gonna play, PASS THE BALL" lmao.
It's so annoying seeing him sabotage himself over and over for no reason at all. And what's even more annoying is seeing him fawn over the uke in his head, try to impress him, get PLASTIC SURGERY FOR HIM, quit his job and change his job for him, but then reject the uke over and over again when he clearly shows interest in him back. It's not even realistic, it's dumb and pathetic. It's like another comment said, hes making things WAAAAY more complicated than it needs to be. Even when he somehow got with the uke, he went about everything in the worst way possible. He NEVER communicates, he just blushes and runs away constantly. That isn't cute.
Idk why uke even likes the guy, if someone I was pursuing said he likes me but kept curving my advances that much and running away from me constantly, I would have left him alone long ago.
