I don't think you're crazy, since in this story Mujin talks toxic, but never followed through. He's been a very tame antagonist and seems to genuinely care about MC. I would choose him over lots of other tops from other stories.

i reread it (LOL) euihyun took the first pill that he found in the old apartment and got sick so he threw up, then after they went to the hospital he got another pill and he took it before going to sleep. his neighbor makes his bed/futon on the floor and helps him transfer there so he can sleep more comfortably, and then the neighbor leaves. in the middle of sleeping, euihyun (i think he was half asleep) gets up to go to the bathroom to throw up, and then goes back to sleep right after.
