I have some advice but you aren't going to like it. This is pretty normal, your metabolism has slowed down as you've aged and you've started accumulating fat. Your body isn't running at peak teenager efficiency anymore. You can try doing exercise and eating less fat, but your body is still going to look different than it did 10;years ago.
