It’s been a long time since I read the novel so I’m not sure but wasn’t the youngest brother Henrique was supposed to be accompanying her?? Was it this date or the next one but I’m sure the duke sent his youngest son to act as hindrance for Isidor - and throughout the date Henrique was holding Deborah’s hand - Henrique as a Seymour dislikes Isidor but he’ll eventually find him cool when he learns that Isidor is a magic swordsman.
Well maybe I am ( a tiny bit ) but damn those hands I can’t focus whenever his veiny hands are showing and Agnes even upgraded the look with that gorgeous ring I have to admit those hands are making me imagine things.
