Well apparently 18 yrs ago (?) - 14 yrs living as Andert and then 4 yrs coming back from the dead - Anyway when Andert became part of the Army to face Maphisto there was an accident and his Ship exploded at Queens Island - so Daisy didn’t accept the fact that her brother died - she stayed at Queens Island to search for him - the island was already deserted and nothing remained but ashes - so everyday she’ll go search the beaches in hope she’ll discover his injured body - then she noticed a Man with blue hair is always staring at her she ignored him first and then days past she approached the man and asked what’s he doing in a deserted island- the man said he’s searching for something- that day it rained so Daisy returned to her “ home” and the blue haired man followed her - of course she didn’t like the idea of staying with a stranger man but it was heavily raining and she worried he might catch a cold - The man was invited in - she offered him canned tomato soup - her loot - she gave him her brother’s clothes to changed into - the man slept in her bed so she slept next to him - she felt warmth of another human after staying alone in a deserted island- the next day the man follow while she searched the beach and returned home with her so she told to some house work but the Man was USELESS he didn’t know how to do anything- they enjoyed their simple life until one day Daisy felt restless that her brother is injured somewhere and here she is playing house with a stranger so she went out even though it’s raining she climbed a cliff and noticed something sparkling in the water so jumped in and saw a military Id belonging to Andert - she dived and saw a decapitated body she believed it was her brother- she was in despair and finally accepted that her brother is long dead but she couldn’t accept it that’s why she stayed and kept searching- she decided to let go and let her self drown - suddenly a hand pulled her - the man asked why she wanted to kill her self - then Daisy thought why would she die now if she could die later after taking revenge- he asked her how she told him she will be Andert then he said he could help her with that by offering his magic skills- he’ll use ancient magic that has 2 conditions: 1- she’ll forget memories of this deal ( it was the first oath mark in her arm that she has no recollection of ) 2- the transformation magic will be based on her lifespan- Daisy accepts the deal and forgets the fact that she already met Rue in the past - after her recent encounter with Andert and due to her injuries she’ll reach the second stage of body and mind unity and she’ll remember her forgotten memories- when she wakes up she’ll immediately search for Rue but the Grandpa will tell her that Calepa went back to Rouge - then Daisy goes back home dejected and then decides that she’ll go North and bring Rue back

I DISLIKE miss Lance I even hate her and find her a hypocrite- SPOILER - her friends constantly badmouth Laura they even treat her rudely to her face. And what does Dora do NOTHING- just imagine ur friends badmouthing ur other “ friend “ and u just listen to them/ not participating in their trash talking doesn’t mean ur innocent okay- and what pissed me off that she actually looks down on Laura for being born a bastard that her parents are sinners that Laura is a penniless SPINSTER - and the whole delusions about being Mrs. Dalton is her fault !!! So it’s like this — after she discovered that her father didn’t leave her and he was actually Ian’s art teacher she becomes attached to whitefield it’s because her father is buried there so she continues to visit Ian’s home without Olivia to take a walk where her father used to visit and draw and Ian would accompany her - slowly they become a bit closer as FRIENDS- one day while they were on a stroll it RAINED so they took cover in a cabin they spent time talking until laura asked about his progress with the one he intends to marry ( she’s convinced it’s Dora Lance ) so Ian tells her that his beloved heart is far from him so Laura interpreted it as Lance being in London while Ian is in Yorkshire so Laura suggested that Ian throws a party at his home and invite the nobles this way the woman ( Lance ) will attend and she’ll be close to him . So Ian agrees but on the condition that Laura plans everything because he and his staff have no experience at party planning ( his intention is to make Laura get the feel of being the lady of the house and to build relationships with the staff ) so Laura wanting to help Ian succeed in his love conquest with Lance she agrees to be the party planner . So we skip to the party - Laura didn’t want to attend because she’s no longer a noble and it’s not proper for her to attend but Ian and his sister convinced her and so they dressed her in their mothers Gown + the jewelry specifically for THE LADY OF HOUSE DALTON - so the nobles arrive and they see Laura who disappeared from London only to appear in whitefield- so Ian introduces her as Laura Sheldon daughter of his esteemed teacher and that Laura belongs to house DALTON ( himself) and House FAIRFAX ( his sister) it was a hint to not mess with her because she belongs to two strong families - so those asses start to whisper among themselves about Laura being a mistress cause a woman of her background can only level to a mistress not a WIFE . The party will last for a few days with different activities and Laura PLANNED that Ian and Lance to always be partners and so every time she sees them together she wants to cry and so she decides to leave that she couldn’t possibly stay as governess and witness Ian getting married to Lance and start his own family so she send a letter to her previous school about employment - then Lance “ advices “ Laura that being a mistress is a sin . So Laura starts to avoid Ian and she gives him the cold shoulder- he kept asking why is she mad at him that he’ll apologize but she told him that her reputation was damaged because of him that people think she’s his mistress that they should have boundaries and so she avoided him like the plague for DAYS - Ian was in despair he couldn’t eat or sleep he kept wondering where it went wrong and then the butler reported that Laura is planning to be employed somewhere else that she’ll leave him so with the lack of sleep he became irrational so he thought that he’ll propose and trap her in marriage that he’ll propose in the balcony telling her if she refused he’ll throw himself- and so he ordered the servant to take out the diamond ring ( heirloom) . Now on the last day of the party Laura kept avoiding Ian / Lance and her group were preparing for the moment Ian will propose/ Ian with a ring searching for Laura among the crowd / William believed that Ian and Laura were playing Tag ( I can’t believe how stupid he is ) so anyway when Laura sees Ian she immediately escapes / Lance got her dress dirtied so she leaves / William overheard the group about the PROPOSAL so he asks his sister and she tells him all of London believes that Dalton and Lance are engaged to be married so William runs after Ian.
Now we have Laura together with Lance because she was helping her fix her dress and then they suddenly hear William shouting that people believe that Ian is in a relationship with Lance . Ian shouted back that those Londoners fools created a rumor by themselves and believed it - William said that Ian has to marry Lance to protect her honor and that he should stop chasing Laura so Ian snaps and says why should he marry Lance when he doesn’t care about her thar Laura is the only one for him - so Lance cries and the two men notice the women - Lance runs crying and William follows her - Laura stared at Ian she told to stay far and this is the end of their friendship.
Laura packs her bag to return to Dunville- Ian follows her - she told if he’s not going to allow her to leave he said he’s going with her so he rides the carriage.
Inside the carriage she tells him that he’s a liar that he orchestrated the whole governess job to bring her to his side that she’s disappointed in him so he confesses EVERYTHING- that he fell for her in their first meeting/ their first dance / that he kept attending the tea parties at pendelton manor anyway he confesses everything and she rejects him stating the difference in their social status- Ian takes out the ring and proposes again he told her that if she says NO he’ll die that he’ll KILL HIMSELF Laura asks if he’s being serious he says YES so she SLAPS HIM on both cheeks and splits his lips . She told him how could he consider himself christian while entraining thoughts of suicide that he’s acting like a child because of something trivial called love - he continues by forcing the ring in her finger and tells her that he won’t touch her that they’ll use separate bedrooms she tells him with the way he’s acting he’ll probably force himself on her within a month of their marriage - she takes off the ring and return it to him - Ian gets on his knees and cries in her lap crying sobbing weeping until he soaked her dress - honestly it was heartbreaking- anyway suddenly Laura caressed his hair she tells him not to cry because he’s breaking her heart- Ian slowly approached her face signaling that he’ll kiss her and she ALLOWS him so they KISS - they arrive at Dunville and Laura realizes that she allowed her true feelings to show so she escapes and enters the house - Ian left in the carriage was filled with hope that since she allowed the kiss maybe he still has a chance so he goes back home planning to return tomorrow to propose properly.
At Dunville- Laura enters the house and stays in her room - Margaret ( Ian’s sister) goes to her and ask about the party. Laura cries and tells what happened with Ian- that she’ll quit and leave- Margaret hid the fact that she knows about the governess job because she didn’t want Laura feel deceived by everyone- Margaret says she’ll ban Ian from entering Dunville- Laura refuses and that Ian will sneak in so the right thing is for her to leave [ let me be clear Laura is in love with Ian but she refuses him continuously because of their background that she doesn’t deserve him ]/// anyway Margaret tells her that she doesn’t have to quit that she could take a vacation and return in spring so that Ian can cool off ( out of sight out of mind ) so Margaret books a ticket for Bath ( a travel hotspot) because Laura previously mentioned that her friend Jane Hyde is in Bath - Laura agrees .
The next morning Laura said goodbye to the kids and leaves on the way she sees Ian’s carriage heading to Dunville- so Ian arrives with a bouquet of flowers and he sees the boys crying he asks what’s wrong and they exploded in tears saying that Laura left them- Ian runs to his sister they argue he asks why she didn’t stop laura his sister criticize him about what he done about the threat of suicide that he was in rush . He asks where Laura is headed she tells him even if he tortures her she’s nor saying and then she hands him a letter from Laura- Ian opens the letter it says that IF HE FOLLOWS HER SHE WILL LEAVE THE COUNTRY AND SHE MAY BE HIS FIRST KISS BUT HE IS NOT HER FIRST LOVE AND DEFINITELY NOT HER FIRST KISS THAT she’s Not so innocent ….
To continue- Ian felt his world collapsing that Laura went as far as to tell hims about not being innocent but of course it doesn’t matter cause it’s the past- so he exits the house and sits on the stairs cause he didn’t want to cry in front of his sister- Olivia approached him she tells him if he needs to change environment he SHOULD try going to Bath it’ll definitely help ( she was eavesdropping on Margaret and Laura so she heard were Laura went) - anyway Ian hesitates to follow immediately because Bath is small and if Laura sees him she might really leave the country.
So he goes home - his lawyer tells him that the plan to destroy Gerald pendelton is complete- Ian decides to go to London to witness how he managed to destroy the pendelton ( he first invested in their business to collect evidence about their embezzlement and then he withdrew the investment) anyway the pendeltons were destroyed by Ian’s schemes- so anyway in London Ian goes to Harrods to buy gifts for the children who were depressed. There he meets Anne steel ( the maid) . So Anne tells him that a man named John Ashton came looking for Laura and this guy was Laura’s first love the one she almost eloped with - Ashton returned after 12 years and told Anne that he didn’t come to their elopement because he was locked up blah blah anyway Ian remembered that he once to hire Ashton as his lawyer because he’s capable and that Ashton is an extremely gorgeous man . Anne tells Ian that Ashton went to bath because his daughter is sick.
Ian quickly takes the train to Bath because Laura and Ashton might cross path - so in Bath he buys a travel’s guid and roams the street - in days he managed to see Laura with Jane so he follows them and sees were Laura is staying- Ian begins his STALKING ERA - so he rents a dusty storage space in front of Laura’s hotel so he can see when she leaves - and then he continues to follow her form afar .
One day Laura felt scared by the feeling of being followed so she enters an ally and BAM SHE CRASHES into a man / SURPRISE SURPRISE mr EX IS IN FRONT of her - she tells him she’s being followed so he offers his arm and she goes with him - meanwhile Ian sees Laura with Ashton and he curses himself that because of his STALKING he made Laura afraid .
Anyway when Laura returns safely.. Ian approaches Ashton . He introduces himself that he’s Ian Dalton that Laura and himself are to be married- Ashton scoffs that if What Ian says is true why is he following Laura- the. Ashton proceed to tell that he also have feelings for Laura for more than 12 years that he’s Laura’s FIRST THAT they used to meet in secret and do stuff that maybe Laura gave him her innocence.
Ian was enraged about the disrespect so he punches Ashton- Ashton punches Ian- it was a mess - ian broke Ashton’s ribs — anyway Laura receives a message that Ashton is badly injured so she goes to his hotel and there she meets his daughter ( his wife died ) anyway he tells her that a man named Ian Dalton did this to him and he’s stalking her and he’ll hurt her . Laura of course defends Ian - Laura feeling guilty that Ashton is injured because of Ian so she promises to visit weekly.
Ian returns to his storage room with bruised face and a bleeding forehead- anyway he decides to stop his stalking.
So 2 months pass - Laura kept visiting Ashton and she got close with his daughter /// Ian meets with jane to hear news about Laura since he’s not stalking her anymore/ he ask if Laura met with Ashton and jane tells that she meets him every week and she’s close with his daughter blah blah .. ian felt that maybe Laura accepted Ashton back since they have a history.
One day Ashton was fully healthy so Laura said it’s time for goodbye- Ashton reveals his feelings that he loves her that he didn’t abandon her and he talks about the past - Laura rejects him and leaves the hotel - she forgot her coat - it was snowing- she couldn’t catch a carriage- she becomes sick - jane and her female lover call a doctor— anyway a few days later Ashton comes knocking begging Laura that his daughter is sick ( the child followed Laura the day and got sick she has heart problems) so Laura go to the child and stays with her .. Ashton afraid his daughter is going to die started confessing his sins and one of confessing he told Laura why he and Ian actually got into a fight ..
Anyway Laura not fully healed walks back to the hotel and gets more sick it was snowing.. she kept looking back wishing to see Ian cause after she learned he was her stalker every time she was out she kept looking back but she never saw him - this time she sees Ian in front of her . It was actually because he saw her going in a carriage with Ashton so he followed.. anyway she sees Ian and call him by his name .. she was sick sick she actually was about to confess then sha fainted in his arms- he takes her to her hotel- the doctor comes back - Laura is gravely ill - like life and death situation- it was contagious- Ian refused to leave he stayed with her and the nurse told him to sing so that her soul doesn’t leave- Ian sang - Laura opens her eyes delirious- she thought Ian was her father she opened up about every about how her uncle abused her that she doesn’t want to love because society will condemn her children - Ian pretends to be her father and listen to everything and this was the reason he decided to OET HER GO that he can’t put her in pain just because of his love- so he cries and whisper he’ll give up making her mrs dalton - he stays by her side until her fever reduced then he packed his things and returned.
At Whitefield- Ian came back - he was SICK - with TUBERCULOSIS- he was near to death - the staff were sent on paid vacation - only the butler and the doctors stayed with little staff- for 4 months he kept fighting to live-he lost weight… until he recovered// physically he was getting fine but emotionally he was depressed-the butler see him crying every time …
During those 4 months.. Laura was still in Bath - she was recovering- she made a decision that she’ll no longer deny her feelings that she’ll go to Ian - jane asked her to leave the country with them but Laura said she wants to go somewhere— anyway back at whitefield— one day Ian was staring at the distance he noticed a female figure from a far - he kept looking- the woman was carrying a heavy suitcase she kept taking breaks - he kept looking- the woman’s appearance started to become clear- he saw the hair and that of Laura.. but Noooo why would Laura suddenly be in whitefield maybe he’s hallucinating but he didn’t care - he run ♂ - barefoot on the snow - he kept running until the woman was near and he clearly saw Laura standing in front of him — he approached— she told him that she was stuck at the inn because the bridge is collapsed but she couldn’t keep waiting so she decided to walk- she then stands in front of him - she says IAN WILL YOU MARRY ME ?
at last Laura was the one who asked — so she stays at Dunville park for 2 months till the wedding preparation are completed- Ian said 2 months is his limit - so they get married- it was a private wedding with few guests— of course those Londoners weren’t invited.. they were shocked because Ian married Laura immediately as there was no engagement party so their conclusion is that Laura is pregnant.
A year later it was William and Dora’s wedding- Mr&Mrs Dalton attend- Laura was so beautiful in a silk dress with diamond jewelry of course those double faces kept whispering that they didn’t know Laura is this beautiful that because she has good character that’s why she was blessed to marry with a good husband—let me tell you these were the same people who called her worthless spinster born a bastard to a sinner parents — now they changed their tune — anyway Ian and Laura have a twin a boy and a girl ..

I personally don’t like her but to be fair she did GROW UP after THE SCANDAL you know at least she admitted her wrongdoing and reflected on her self like she didn’t stubbornly continue her bad behavior ( like her mother ) - and she admitted to Laura that her feelings weren’t really that deep that she was in love with the IDEA of being Mrs. Dalton rather than being in love with Ian as a person - and she genuinely fell for William and she wants to be a good wife someone that deserves William.

But she is a mother I wouldn’t call her good but when her father who plotted the monsters attack decided to save himself by abandoning Helena and Lloyed - Helena turned on her father to save her child . Ian was the son of a count - his father supported a different prince ( brother of the current emperor) - because that prince didn’t ascend the throne- he was eliminated- and the people to do the elimination are Angel’s Breath - Ian’s mother hid him under the bed- and Kyla ( rookie) lied to her senior that everyone is eliminated ( she new someone was hiding under the bed) she made sure that the one hiding heard the rendezvous point so they could avoid being caught- Ian fled in the opposite direction and while running he saw kyla throwing his mother’s corpse into the fire .
Ian a 13 years old kid wondered the street trying to survive until he was captured by the slave market he was purchased by the guild master of Angel’s Breath ( the same man that bought Kyla ) - kyla was 16 Ian was 13 and she was tasked to train him and then years passed- they were enemies then comarades then friends until friendship turn into love - Ian who was bought and trained and corrupted by the same people who killed his family/ Ian the once noble turned into a slave then an assassin fell in love with the person who participated in eradicating his family the same person who threw his mother’s corpse into burning felt PAIN - he truly Loved her but how can he keep loving her when his objective in life is taking revenge . Not for a minute did he forget how his family was killed and burned so he DECIDED TO KILL HER - he thought if’s she’s gone it will hurt less that if she’s no longer alive he will be able to exact his revenge .
And so when she died by his hands and the way he burned her corpse ( how she burned his mother) he dissolved the guild there was no longer a gathering of assassins called Angel’s Breath . He then prepared his revenge plot to gain back what he lost ( probably his status since his family are long gone ).
Because the prince was eliminated the count ( Ian’s father) was caught by the turmoil of politics and so Angel’s Breath was commissioned to Eradicate the whole family- and that night of slaughter Kyla was a participant and Ian saw it all.
