Marlon is clearly a terrible person, first hanging out in unethical circuses which mistreat their carnies, now hanging out in a human auction house. He's no hero in my eyes. (I enjoy this story though)
Its so sad that he's blaming himself when he was obviously drunk and didnt even clearly agree to being boyfriends with the ML. ML seems so manipulative to me.
Now that there's even a sliver of a chance the horse won't assault and bully Dan, author isn't interested in writing it anymore. I guess it's only fun when you're torturing your characters
