You should take them to a vet or animal shelter that does spay/neutering then release. Cats most likely feral, if they're not, the shelter will keep and find them a home for you.
It's important to remember that cats are living beings, with feelings, so keeping a cat just because you 'want to' isn't fair if you can't give that cat proper care.
