Secondary gender is whether their alpha, omega, beta. The term really only applies to alphas and omegas. First gender is whether theyāre male/female. Saturation scent is their pheromones. Think of it as fabric softener. If your clothes is soaked in fabric softener theyāll smell. So if someone is saturated in pheromones theyāll emit a smell that only alphas and omegas can smell. And the scent smells like the other person. I.e. an omega saturated in an alphaās scent will smell like the alpha, though the omegaās scent is mixed in there too.
