Ngl the adaptation is kinda lacking. Like i get the plot and stuff like that but the way they present it is very confusing. Maybe its bc they cut off parts from the novel so the pacing feels off and the art is a bit too stiff for more complex emotions and scenes.
Yep! Completely agree with you. The novel was more detailed and they talks/shows the characters' feeling more. I know adaptation will have some parts cut off, but this manhwa cut off the most important part (which is the emotions and their struggle) and that makes the characters appear a bit too flat.
Like the way MC escaped from the kidnappers, I'm sorry but I didn't feel any tension during that. The novel showed MC's struggle more.
Yeah its such a shame bc the premise and plot is really good. You rarely see a more realistic approach to transmigration :/
