This is one of the stupidest things I've read in a while and I love it. Like it feels like even the story has a hard time taking anything srsly with the way it just plays in all of our faces . It's like SO much is happening and nothing at all at the same time. I love the MC and the ML dynamic so much. Like they're both so emotional and immature they don't realize how stupid this situation is, they're def gonna laugh about this in the future. I'm loving the jealousy from dam too like he's such an evil bottom I can't
Like what is even happening??? Like I get it but holy shit it's so heavy with bullshit. Why would myeongil send hyeonjae to his home just like that??? His poor granny has to look after kids and a grown ass man now??? She can't catch a break, but also why is jingi just now realizing he likes the poor guy??? Like oh god I smell an ending soon and I just know I'm not gonna be satisfied.. Like I'm rooting for hyeonjae but even ik that when a second ml starts getting the most screen time it's a sign he's already lost T^T .. I'm hoping maybe it'll settle ambiguously about who he's with if not just hyeonjae. I just don't see how he's gonna shake off jingi's dick so fast . He's so addicted it pains me. I just don't feel the chemistry (other than sexual) between the two.. Or maybe the dynamic just isn't my thing wahhhh
I think the first volume was undoubtedly not the best. It felt like they were placing all the gears in the right spot just so a story can happen. Rather than everything telling a story. However as it continued along, honestly right up into the second volume it was quite magical. The plot relied a lot more on emotions and little logic, which makes sense this is where people get super thrown off, especially with how their relationship began. For me this is where the writing was the best though! Them relying on pure emotion relays so well to the psychology of both characters. The top is so in love with the bottom to the point it grows into obsession. Typical yandere trait. What makes this so interesting to me though, I think the teacher was an ideal of the love he believed. The bottom showed him love he thought he didn't deserve which made him so desperate for it, to the point he told himself this is his only chance at love. That's why he is so illogical but very reactive, because throughout the events of the manga, he is learning what love truly is. Not his twisted ideal of it, hence all of his push and pull with his decisions. He always contradicts himself because he is learning how to love, and dismantling his ideals of it. The bottom on the other hand is also learning that logic isn't everything. Love truly does lack any reason, which is why he is so compliant. Not only because he is scared but also because he is just now getting lost in what it means to love someone. He senses his own lack of reason dissolving just like the top wants. So I think the lack of logic actually aids to the nature of their relationship. I do think it could've had a better execution, especially in the first volume, and the last chapter but overall this really was an amazing experience to read. The emotions was there, tension, and chemistry! I also loved the insights we got into what unhealthy ideals of love can do to people.
Like not even being strictly horny it actually constructs an oddly realistic approach at how abusive relationships are often like. The victims aren't exactly "free of wrongdoing" like we want to imagine, but have their own issues and qualms. But they're still victims in the domestic abuse regardless, because the perpetrator takes advantage of their weaknesses to posses them how they see fit. And will use the wrongdoings to justify their abuse. Which is exactly what's happening here extreme reactions to mild behavior. Besides the Crypto scam ... Anyway they're just both so cute and dumb. A reckless hobo who's a freak with an angry emotionally immature jerk... So perfect!!
Defining "fem" depends on what you mean. Fem/femme is a queer term mostly (i believe) used for lesbians and means when someone expresses their gender in a feminine way. Fem short for feminine is well anything that's feminine leaning. I'm assuming some are trying to say based on the context that these two male leads are fem presenting in their gender identity which is just false. The bottom doesn't gravitate in anyway to feminine things at all. Not from the clothes, the makeup, or even speech patterns tbh, not even his hobbies lean stereotypically feminine. He's pretty sure, but not every pretty guy leans feminine. The top I can get behind more since he is also very pretty and does his makeup but he doesn't express his gender in a feminine way. Makeup in Korea isn't as gendered as it is in the west but also even in the west it's pretty acceptable for men to wear makeup in the alt community! So to me he really isn't "fem" in either context.. However if you choose to interpretate either as feminine it's totally fine, however I would change the verbiage used when discussing their feminine traits from "fem/femme" since it doesn't really equate to these two. Also educating isn't "attacking" nor is disagreement! Chatting on a public forum is totally fine, as long as no insults are being thrown and everyone stays respectful. Femininity is ofc a spectrum and I believe we all have it in us, fem is when ur gender expression leans more feminine than not!
100% This is seriously one of the best things I'm reading currently!! I love how despite hyoshin being a rich asshole, he's very relatable and his struggles hit close to home for me. The level of burnout and decline of self worth is so detailed but simple. Because of his privilege he is unable to understand how some people can't or are unable to dedicate their entire life to just music nothing else, it goes to show how both passionate and fortunate he truly is. I can definitely see how he forms a hard exterior that eventually crumbles him down. I do think he needs to be met with just as much brute honesty he dishes out, but it's sad he wasn't able to see it as a growth opportunity but a quitting one. I'm glad the uke (forgot his name bruh) is there to remind him that his success and passion is more important than all of his burdens. That even if everyone else stops rooting for him, someone out there is. Like it's so incredibly sweet and real. I love their bickering dynamic and how they really balance and flesh each other out. I've noticed that hyoshin brings out another side to the mc that is able to be more carefree like he is, and speak his mind. Instead of his pushover tendencies he carries. But on the flip side the mc brings out hyoshin's vulnerable side he guards up. Truly a beautiful relationship, with beautiful art, and a beautiful story.
Normally I can deal with all kinds of bs semes and ukes as long as there is some semblance of love. But I can't respect this seme bruhh. He's using religion, loyalty, and wtv else have you to get whatever he wants. Ruining his brother that he loves, alongside his ex- soon to be lover to satisfy his own hunger. My thing is the people he's ruining haven't done anything to him either like this to me is super unwarranted. Like it sprouted out of jealousy and finished with it how am I supposed to root for this guy to win his heart? I understand he's severely damaged and his idea of love is twisted to begin with but his way of going about this is something I can't get on with. Like I'm even frowning at the super hot sex scenes cuz of him urghhh. I will say I love how sonah's character is articulated, and the dynamics of everyone in the story thus far. I'm just not sure I can root for him though when the brother exists. </3
This artist always illustrates the best couple dynamics. Usually it's buff seme and buff uke with the seme still being cuter/younger, but it's so pleasant seeing cuter, younger, and scrawnier *drools*. I also peeped the dick size gap.. Like the top has a slightly smaller and less girthy(?) penis than the bottom which is a small detail that further pushes the dynamic they got going on...super sexyyyy. Like the artist always partners with the right authors to carry out their fetish and I'm loving it.
I'm so confused... Like I had a feeling he could've been Ian when he kissed him goodnight, and when he told the story of northerners having like a month to 6 months of quality time before actually committing to marriage (which is kinda what they were doing) but him holding out the lie to the very end made me believe the lie myself . Usually I'm pretty quick to these things but I saw no reason for him to drag it out when Michel was clearly very in love with him esp in that second to last chapter.. So the switch up is really crazy! I think even if you were of the know of the (looking back) obvious secret, it's still surprising and interesting he decided to not reveal it the night of the confession. Like what is he gonna do or say now? I'm sure Michel is gonna be hurt, maybe more hurt than relieved if I were to guess . Hopefully s2 comes by quickly I'm so excited!!!

Wait I feel bad he genuinely wanted to make up and get something nice for the birthday girl
Right, like him getting the gift was actually so cute, wtf
