I liked the dynamic and I liked the humor in it but the damned bottom looks twelve. The character design might've been less weird if it was Shounen Ai but it's just too close to an adolescent for a smutty story.
It feels weird to have sex scenes at the end of a very pure and innocent story like this. Because we also saw them when they were younger and it feels weird to see them having sex after seeing their young selves
I really like this but the sisters were pretty goddamn annoying. Especially the parts where they were like "boys are all stupid" meanwhile they were the ones who kept getting in the way with their stupid advice. Mind you I still love this and think its the author's best work, but I would've preferred if they didn't spend a good portion of each chapter on the sisters and instead on the more adorable main couple.
The top is a total prick and they're doing the lazy route of having a very specific romantic trauma to create artificial drama but it's got some good parts, though a decent amount of that may just come form the novelty of gay firefighters not being done to my knowledge.

I knew it was going to be fucked when I started reading it, but its not even well written. No one in this story acts like actual people act and its only compounded by the wonky translation. It's just bizarre and not in a good way.
They draw men more like what men actually look like instead of just making it hunk central or twinktopia

Also you can see that the author is knowledgeable about queerness, or is maybe queer themselves. They don't objectify gay relationships plusss they're not biphobic!!!

That first chapter really clouded the rest of the story. But its stupid because it feels like it didn't have all that much bearing on the rest of the story and it felt out of character for the bottom.
