I'm trying to find a manhwa.
It's about this guy who runs a business in the market, and he's very very particular and puts his all into it. A high schooler runs in front of his car to commit suicide, and he ends up swapping consciousness with the high schoolers body every morning.
In the school, the high schooler was apparently really badly bullied because he was gay, and he had a crush on the PE teacher, who is the guys acquaintance from school.
The main character has black hair, and he's very strong. The high schooler has freckles?
So now the guy strikes a deal with the PE teacher, who knows the truth, as well as 2 of his employees, that he will help him get back to his body, as long as he can make him smile.

It was coming out recently I think? This girl who's been used to being the 'plain' one gets married off to some duke(situation) guy. He seems to not spend time with her or come to her at night, but there's a black cat that comes and so she's not lonely. The duke is actually the black cat, and there's only some people who work at their castle..
