MC is a Gary Stu trust ( ̄∇ ̄") but it's still fun. The supernatural angle they worked into the usual showbiz story is so refreshing! Super curious about how it'll play out. Things are going so well for him it's actually making me paranoid. He's kinda a pushover too so I'm worried about this baby. He needs to stop worrying both me and his house husband ( ╥﹏╥) pls
I think I started to read this several times before dropping at chap 2 or 3. Honestly, MC isn't the type I vibe with and when he made such a big deal about the punishment, I literally said, "what a pussy" out loud ╥﹏╥ I need self reflection... I've been brainwashed by all those crazy protags that nonchalantly brush it off and power through. But actually yeah, go to the hospital if you're coughing blood! I'd think I'd be dying too bruh. Anyone on the fence about his character, there is development! And it's nice seeing such a flawed character in a very real way. I love how the author tackled his growth while still maintaining who he is. Only complaint? The system ofc. Who needs antis with it around?
Same same with me! Ugh he's so unbearable at the beginning, but he's growing on me after trying so hard to keep reading
I also dropped this several times, but after i managed to reach at the very least 30++ chapter oh boy-- i love this so much
He's growing slow but after his first character development, he continuously developing into a decent leader
As of chapter 33ish you can pick up from about ~40s from the novel. I only read up to 109 and am taking a break bc yes, there's romance. As expected it's the beautiful, rich colleague. It's only mentioned here and there but they suddenly pushed it forward more. Honestly it was kinda cute how she would make teas and blueberry smoothies from scratch to give to MC and he returned the favor by buying her local food souvenirs from his business trips. But when talks of further studying abroad (for more credentials necessary to make partner) come up, FL decides to give up where she was originally planning to go to follow him instead ... girl don't play with your life and career like that ( ╥﹏╥) pmo so bad I stopped reading.
When it comes to actual laws and loopholes, I actually don't learn too much from this. They talk a lot about rl cases especially the 2008 crash and how it affects other parts of the world and such. If the author didn't study law, they definitely researched well. I really enjoyed reading about his cases.
As for his pocket dimension, he uses it less and less to study (already very capable without it but still uses his cheat in time crunch cases) and it focuses more on world building. He fishes, gardens, hunts and builds a house in there. But.... clearly the author knows little about these since it's glossed over a lot. Personally find his inner world sections a little boring to read bc there's no specifics about those topics. I do find it funny how it's a running gag that he now finds relevant comic series to learn all these skills tho (y'know since the maritime law series worked out so well lol).
Another thing I'm not too fond of is the politics and power plays in the company. It might be realistic but it's annoying how all these old ass senior lawyers keep mentioning how plain, unimpressive and ordinary MC is. Sometimes they outright call him ugly. I'm sorry, I didn't realize lawyers needed to look like models. Check your age spots sir before mentioning other ppl's looks
It’s cool. I can read both, but I’m more comfortable and faster with English. There are many terms (specialized ones) that are hard for me to understand especially since they’re words I don’t use everyday. I normally read the Korean webtoons for other stories that don’t use such specific specialized terms (in this case, words pertaining to the law).

In the novel, he wound up in the doghouse before his dog actually kicked him out so he passed out on the yard instead artist gave him huge mercy. It's was so funny tho ngl
