I don't think she is a hater, im not 100% what her past was but she is jealous of him. Her brother or she were pro gamers and streamers and she is jealous bc either her brother died, gave up in some way or she stopped bc of her disability and she is watching Almond to cope. I don't think anyone can really watch someone they hate(atleast i can't)
I bet that Almond's accident that ended his archery career and the reason she's in a wheelchair are connected. Its probably going to be a big twist/reveal.
Doubt that since she stopped streaming 3 years ago which is probably when her accident happened while almond's was 10 years ago

And it's not his health. The foresight he had was just so important/influential that its taking on his health. Like it used a lot of his powers so that's why he passed out. Or that's how km seeing it. I don't think they really explained it in the novel

I think the two are very good. The manhwa is a bit more fun and of course faster.
I think the relationship between mc and his lover is better in the novel, but other then that j think both are very good Nd they did a great job with thw manhwa.
There are a few places where the two are different but none I think is important so far.

Mc got a gf. There are few times where some ladies are into him, because he is the riches person kn the world, but there are no harem.
I think the romance between him and his gf ia cute and it works in the novel a bit better then in the comic
