The seme is a psycho n he murders people ( for others ) . Then one day his next target was a guy who looks similar to the uke ( the uke looks like so many people , as in the uke has a common face in the manhwa). So he mistakenly attacks him but later realise that he got the wrong guy. But now he can't let the uke escape. So they started living together ( next door ). The seme is a little dumb though a psycho which makes the story funny.

It’s a BL manga (fluffy shonen ai) that takes place in this country that has soulmates, and the soulmates pretty much need to recharge often by being near another (I think) It’s rare for two people of the same sex to be soulmate but the MCs are.

I think one is from a foreign country? Idk. But anyways, I think the soulmate system worked as being a giver or receiver. A receiver could get energy from other people than their soulmate that the receiver is comparable with but it doesn’t feel as good.

There’s this one arc/chapters where one of the m go on a trip and they both struggle with the separation which is why I remember the info above.
