...the comments are not it. Dude he tried for the longest to get with MC and became disillusioned because MC never wanted to give him the light of day and moved on. Can he be manipulating? Yes. Said this in my last comment. But do I understand? Also fucking yes! The MC is so convinced that he does not have a name marked anywhere on him that at some point and this is not just for the story but at some point you sort of just got to let somebody figure out for themselves. Now whether his parents hid it or it developed later or whatever the case may be it is easier to let him fall in love with the Cheong and want for him of his own volition, then for Cheong to force it. I don't see how this logic is not connecting with people and maybe it's because I just understand things differently to begin with but it's pretty obvious what's going on

I’m glad you acknowledge that Cheong can be manipulative, because we’ve literally seen him steer situations in ways that benefited him and made it easier for the MC to give in. That doesn’t mean he never genuinely cared or put effort into getting closer to him, but the MC doesn’t owe him anything because of that.
What bothers me is how, in these recent chapters, Cheong talks about the MC as if he was just someone he spent time with last semester, when that’s clearly not what their relationship was. And let’s not forget that Cheong was the one who pursued the MC relentlessly in the first place, even when the MC wanted nothing to do with him. He also found out the MC had his name marked and chose not to tell him, which is a huge reason why this entire situation became so complicated, MC spent a huge part of the story making decisions without that crucial information.
I’m not saying Cheong is bad for “moving on” or acting like he is, but I do think it’s unfair to act like he’s completely detached from how things got to this point. I’m interested to see how the story handles it, but that’s just my perspective.

Okay so Jumin is Muni [Long baby hehe....okay bad joke anyways] and Il-in is Young Master aka the ghost that keeps possessing Mr Jeong. Finally we're getting someplace because my ass was completely set confused in a corner and waiting to cry when it got even more confusing. Only took 47 episodes
