I went and checked author's account an hour or so ago and she's said it's a mistake that would get fixed later. Jiseong's meant to be 27 not 29. So the math would math nicely with him and Ideum being a year apart and in the same grade/class.

Np I don't like it either when the details don't match up together. Good thing the author clarified in this case.
The concrete guy's gray skin is certainly an eyebrow raising and tbqh ridiculous choice by the artist because even to show his serious health condition it's a very inaccurate tone of gray. Too much gray, comically too much. The only way to reach that distasteful skin color irl is by developing generalized argyria but I sure as hell don't see this guy chugging down a cup of actual silver every morning. So walking down this certain path had to have been a willful choice because anyone with a working vision would question it.
