The coworkers have a long redemption arc ahead of them. Bullies suck, especially work bullies, gonna be hard to get me to care about most of these characters after these last few chapters. Even the old lady in pink is complicit. His friend has an attitude too, like, what gives?? Hope things turn around soon. This MC doesn’t even deserve any of this

Honestly, seme needs to be in therapy too. You JUST had a whole arc about learning to trust blondie, but a few days pass and you’re panicking and jumping to conclusions and crying with both hands to your face instead of trying to trust. Come on, now. Just feels like a bit of a regression developmentally, maybe even a little OOC. Blondie might have a shorter temper but our seme here is more emotionally immature and just as insecure as blondie is. I don’t think he ever truly healed from that bad relationship he had with his ex girlfriend, and it’s rearing its head big time. They both could benefit from counseling for sure.
The beautiful thing to me is how realistic that is. I think they’re both gradually coming to understand that lack of communication has been the root of their issues so far. The characters are still relatively young, so it makes sense they’re making these mistakes and coming to terms that they need to change something.
