This author is usually either a hit or miss for me, so I'm super elated that this is turning out to be SO well written. Charyeok has definitely outdone themselves with this new work, and this is also coming from someone who finds these acting/actor focused plots EXTREMELY boring. This concept of having the story develop in an actual movie set instead of deviating to an "outside" focus (I'm looking at you Flashlight, Backlight, etc) is extremely interesting. This is undoubtedly a first for me. In addition, we get a somewhat inherent equal dynamic between the main cast, since everyone is in the same field
It's been so long since I've read a bl manhwa that comes this close to perfection— the characterizations, dynamics, art, premise and especially the pacing!! Which ties it all up together neatly. Contrary to the complaints I've been seeing here about the omegaverse aspect, I think having established the notion that an alpha will be bottoming is already doing a lot of heavy lifting to attract and captivate readers. The whole vibe and how pheromones and secondary gender being something so trivial that they barely get mentioned within the story, indirectly portray a positive window to look upon this fictional world from imo
Ofc, I hope that it'll contribute to the story to some extent but overall, it's still a series in it's infant stages barely starting to walk. The fact that it's already off to a great start is proof that, it just needs time and patience to truly take off. I have a feeling, the author is certainly going to deliver
