At first, I didn't like it because it was too cliché and mc is too loved and overpowered. But you know, we still love clichés so I continued reading. I didn't liked how the girl liked the mc and I was just about to say "not again, I lost another good manga". But then he said he wouldn't like the girl and wasn't a pedophile despite his mental age and body being different so I got interested. I loved how he actually realizes someone has a crush on him and turn them down right away than dragging it and making them hope and misunderstand. Not just that, he actually didn't involve romance in his adventure, but just wants to become strong. That's what I like about this manga. I'll probably still hate some cliché parts and romance being involved but I'll stay for now.

EXACTLY I don’t get how authors can make mc in other manga/anime and make them feel BADUMP love for a child despite being mentally an adult? It would be ok if they grow up and then the main characters fall in love but nooo so much other anime and manga just don’t have that TT ever time I watch I’m like … “dude your were like 30 how can u fall for a10 year old ?Σ( ￣□￣||)” that’s why I’m so HAPPY that the mc is like … “she too young that’s no for me “lol (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
Agree, though I have few exceptions, including: I was an ordinary lady. I always feel like she's just a kid who remembers her past life.
I love this but there are a lot of problems. What I don't like is he's been having doubts that he's in a dream in the first part, but it just stopped. And he's seriously overpowered that I think this is going to end in chapter 100 or something. Like, I think he has a skill where he just thinks of a spell and he will get it, with no practice at all. And shouldn't you have a compatible attribute? He just suddenly had an attribute of ice and fire. In "Tondemo Skill de Isekai Hourou Meshi", the MC there has an attribute of earth and fire. He recieve blessings from the goddesses but not the others because he isn't compatible with their attribute, so his familliars are the ones to recieve them. Mc's slimes are so useful and op too, everything he do becomes easier, and the chapter ends fast with him using his slimes. And about the negative mp, shouldn't he atleast faint, or be bedridden for a few weeks after using too much of it? I mean come on, -200k+ mp? Shouldn't you die with that much negative? I understand that he was "a corporate slave that lasted five nights working and having to do over-time with no heater on a winter day", but his physical and mental health should come first, Jesus. He suddenly got super strong just because he defeated a stronger dragon that made him surpass his limits(or not) without fainting or dying. I don't think he's even sleeping or eating well at all. And is it really necessary to go to another town and accept a quest right after defeating a strong monster with negative mp? Why doesn't he atleast go on a vacation and relax when going to his next destination??? I think it just took him 7-8 chapters to investigate, defeat a monster and go to another town. Also, even when he knew that there were rumours about him is circulating and that would raise suspicion to that Blue Moon of Salvation, he doesn't put effort to hide it nor fix the rumours. He even said to that guild leader "No, it's fine" after saying he can't completely erase the rumours. In my 42 chapters of reading this I realized a lot happened but I only finished 42 chapters? Unbelievable. Thought I was reading 60 chapters or something. I don't know what came over their heads when they decided to make this into an anime but this is a little bit of a mess.
P.S. I've watched the anime and they totally trashed it!!! The artstyle doesn't match the manga at all. And he has a different personality in the anime! They made a very big jump on the plot. It didn't even show much of how he got into the world and how he became an adventurer, they just showed glimpses of them. I'd prefer to read the manga than watch the anime. I recommend not to watch the anime, you will be very disappointed.
I can totally understand you, but honestly i would much rather prefer this over mangas that drag shit on for good knows how many chapters. Also i think the reason the negative mp doesn't affect him is a part of a gag i think?
Also him taking a vacation isn't going to be that interesting is it? Like he's clearly someone who is work oriented, so to him, taking a vacation that too in a different world is going to be hard. Plus he's kinda famous as well, so a vacation is going to be tough without being recognised and being regarded too highly (which ig the mc doesn't like)

After having negative mp, his hp is the one to be reduced if he contiues to use his mana. So that affects his health. And yeah you're right, it would be boring if he went to a vacation. But it would still not be a vacation because there will always be a part where he has to fight something and be misunderstood again. It's the same cycle all over again.
This is hilarious af, i don't get why you guys don't like it? Except for the fact that they changed the artstyle, take depression and suicide lightly, there's no chemistry, and the relationship feels forced, what problems are there? I think it's great and it's just like any other BL I read. It's getting too much hate, can someone explain what's wrong with it? I was just enjoying reading this because it was so funny but then when I looked at the comments I was super shocked at how much 1 star there is. I was even thinking if I was in the right comment section.
And I know I don't have the rights to say this as I'm still not yet finished reading, I haven't reached the end yet so I can't say anything about it.

It's not sarcasm but I just felt like there are much trasher manhwas out there that are worse than this but not getting that much hate compared to this.
Yeah I felt it too, when the artstyle changed I can't seem to find the seme attractive anymore, or he lost his personality the typical cold and unbothered seme. But I think that the side stories aren't supposed to be side stories, just a continuation because it ended with them only confessing.
other than the issues you mentioned, it's bc they liked the art and the story in the beginning and developed expectations based on that, and the later chapters just didn't match up to that.
about other manhwas, it's partly bc antagonists are usually portrayed in media as "ugly" and shabby, and partly bc SOME ppl like to ignore red flags when it's about a good-looking person (maybe they're into criminals, maybe they have other mental health issues or maybe they're only focusing on their looks (pretty privilege) idk)
Yeah it felt like the only hope they got was the art and it was changed. What you said is definitely true. I still don't get why some readers like those kind of things. I have friends that love manhwas with toxic handsome red flags but I will never get why. Hope it's only on the comics tho and not in real life coz boy they be needin' therapy.
There's no connection between protagonists, everything comes out of nowhere, the plot line is never followed, for me there's no development and it's messy, but I respect if you liked it this is just my personal point of view, I'm not saying this one of the worsts out there but definitely stays on worst tier for me
