ngl the art made it hard to continue reading at the beginning but I'm glad I finished it see I was feeling kinda bad for chance and then he raped henry, so I'm so happy he ended up miserable. I do think he's the most well written character in the whole story tho. I believe that even if the wish never happened, once henry moved on from him and started a relationship with lucius, chance would have lost it anyway, there's a reason lucy didn't want to go back to him even after getting her memories back, when they got back together it was because he tried to kill himself but there was no real love between them anymore because the one he loved all along was henry, lucy did not deserve to be stuck in a marriage with a closeted guy, lucius unintentionally saved his sister from that fucker by making that wish. as for the lucius and henry relationship, I would have liked to see more of them before the wish, they looked cute, I didn't like their dynamic during the wish timeline that much, even tho henry was mentally 28 it felt icky to see them together while one was a college student and the other one was in high school
