there's a reason behind it actually.. i've been reading the novel and his character is just too deep than the characters in omega complex so it's quite refreshing to see a change of pace in his character. also i think just few more chapters (i'm estimating around 10-15 chapters) we will be able to get his point of view instead of wooyeon!

It's likely a defense mechanism she's put up, especially since she now is concerned that her boss could fire her since she's taken. She wants to live with taeha but if she loses that job, she can't make nearly enough to save and qualify to rent an apartment.
This is a way of protection to her. Even if it's something others may not understand.
