considering how they have to change the language from japanese to english I don't think its that big of a stretch to just change from yen to dollars. Most people can't naturally convert the amounts because they have no idea what the amount means.

Depending on what is going on, it could be important. Besides, the author wrote that into the story with the intention that people were going to read it and understand the context. Saying you don't care is like saying you don't care about only having half a translation. People put a lot of work and effort into translating as close to the original as they can. I think it is good to respect their efforts and be thankful they made sure you could have the chance to read the full context, and not just portions they deemed were important.

then why can't it be a foot note? why does it have to be in full text. besides pretty sure this is an official translation. the way I see it's the same as official translations changing the names of chinese characters because it might be too difficult to pronounce for american audiences

I have similar feelings towards omegaverse, but this one is very nonstandard. the anatomy doesnt really come into play, and while there is sexism its not like "oh omegas cant control themselves theyre so slutty hahah," its moreso omega awakeners tend to be weaker than alpha awakeners, so they arent taken as seriously. also alphas can impregnate anyone regardless. their anatomy outside of that doesnt really change? and heat cycles are also pretty different. theyre not really uncontrollably horny, but...in pain. and sick. with a dash of horniness #－.－) ANYWAY the novel is amazing and kishiar's and yuther's relationship is so, SO, SOOOO good. they are one of my favorite couples, so i hope you stick around

Its true that it shouldnt be the main selling point, and indeed it isn't. But you seem very skeptical about this omegaverse trope so i figured that you should know it's very different than any of the omegaverse stories you've known. This story main focused isn't even that
Believe me but i read the novels up until 300 chaps and this 'omegaverse' thingy does not affect the storyline negatively in the slightest. It's not even an exaggeration when i said that the omegaverse trope is almost non-existence to the plot except that the 'heat' cycle has been mentioned but even then, it's not a common occurence. Instead, the second gender manifestastion could help stabilize their power. Our MC, even after manifestested as an omega, is still so overpowered that he's able to create a cliff. (Spoilers, sorry). And its not even the main plot, it has so much interesting and complex plot that you should be focusing more than that. I hope you give this story a chance! You would be surprised
