I just finished reading the raw and aarrgghhhhh!!! I love this story so much I want more, want to see their children, the world without discrimination, and all, hope the author made side story or new story related to this

Is this from a Korean drama? Or does it just share a similar plot? I recall watching a Korean drama with a comparable storyline (the FL is overweight, gets killed by her husband (in the sea) who was having an affair with someone close to her and so on), it was quite an old series. In the drama I watched, the ML who saved her wasn't actually a doctor but a CEO (he had a sibling who was a doctor and asked them for help), though at first the female lead initially mistook him for her doctor. And yes, she ultimately succeeded in taking her revenge with the male lead's help.
