What if all this fire thing was to protect Little A? As we know when we saw Mr A in the bus, he initially wanted to go as far as possible but then when he heard about Little A, it triggered something in him then went to the farm.
Also we can suppose his sudden disappearance is linking with the laboratory. Like maybe (not to say it’s sure) he himself became a hybrid. See how he hides his ears! So the fact he comes back to the farm is possibly because he doesn’t want his nephew meet the same fate as him.
And that’s my personal belief, G (?) isn’t as evil as we can think. Unlike the organisation which just want to exploit the guys, G want to get [their humanity back]. But he has to understand hybrids get new needs similar to animals but since they are former humans, they should be treated as such. (And then we get a new dilemma which lead us to rethink what we treat animals, in fiction AND irl…am I going too far? Maybe but it’s fun)
Oh I love this theory!! And it made me think: if Mr A really sent that letter to little A then why he ran back to the farm? Is it possible that the letter was sent by someone else? But why? To get Mr A back? AAAH TOO MANY QUESTIONS .
About protecting little A do you remember when he was forbidden from going back to the farm, because he somehow messed up and his parents even got him a therapist. We also know that this hybrid thing started a few years ago so could these two things be connected?
But let’s move to another possible reason why Mr A left. Soo thanks to K we know there is something between Mr A and Fluffy. Could it be that they argued? Or maybe Mr A ran away after what happened with Fluffy. And there’s this one question: was fluffy even a human? Because we could see in some flashbacks him as a normal dog running around Mr A. Plus he’s the only one he has a full name yk, so what happend to him?
By the way about G and Q they look really sus with that relationship between them as we could see, but I personally think G could answer to that question about Fluffy and maybe he could find how to make these hybrids (about that theory of Mr A).

For me, the letter was someone else’s doing because it would be weird if Mr. A invited his nephew then disappeared and then get surprised to know little A is in the farm. And why? I think there are multiple possibilities but yeah luring Mr. A is the most probable.
About Fluffy, I am convinced he was initially a dog then get the opposite sense transformation by becoming human. Like only Mr. A and little A know him as a dog. The other workers, K included, know him in his human form. So they think he is like them but unlike them, Fluffy doesn’t talk, act like a real dog and is super hairy. Also what Kennedy thought was sex is maybe some animal mating action like a dog rubbing itself against its owner.
Which makes me (thanks to you) develop another theory: what if, when little A opened the box, he released some hybridisation products (I am using a generic therm, maybe it’s not something physical but a virus…). And that event makes him go to therapy, explaining why the doctor keeps asking him how he feels, (maybe waiting for him to transform) and his parents cutting him from any human contact.
But then PLOT TWIST!?! Actually this product didn’t affect himself but the ones near to him without nobody knows.
You maybe noticed when K explained his former life to little A, you can see in one of his flashbacks panels Milton and his son.
All of them have something in common: they were in the hospital. And what if it’s the same hospital little A went during all his childhood until he became a young adult. How many people he “contaminated” by just going to the hospital or when he was working to live independently? Aaaaaaaaah my brain is heating!?
