It depends on how the book handles dark topics. Though I'll always draw the line when it sexualizes children or teens (and incest). If it shows pedophilia/grooming in a way where it's acceptable or the character isn't condemned for it I'm out. Other than that if the these dark topics are written well enough for me I'll get through it reply
Serious question for serious people. I've been trying to find out what the hell the fox says for 10+ years and I still don't know. If I don't have the answer I'll explode the earth
People keep saying, "Oh bro you're so old, you're so old." And I'm like first of all, 30 years old is not old like I'm still a kid, I'm still in high school
So I just got this thought from a video about shotacons, Lolicons, or whatever they call themselves. I'm not really going to judge anyone for what they read (depending). I just really want to understand how people can read a book and enjoy it when the characters that look like children are being put in sexual predicaments. I understand that it's fiction and it may not make a difference to reality. I'm just a little confused about how people don't get that uncomfortable feeling. I mean hey maybe they just don't think about it or maybe I'm just thinking a bit to into it.
