only done with the first chapter but have to say - the nonchalantness of japanese media to always shrug off straight up rape and assault attempts is so wild lol homeboy got drugged and the top is all “nice to see you again! ” like SIR
this is one of my favorite novels, and im just sad at the adaptaion a bit... the art is okay, but the pacing is horrendous. it flows *just enough* to make sense, but there's no impact with the speed of everything happening.
I didn't know that there was a novel. But I completely agree. It's a bit hard to follow and I also find that I'm not really rooting that much for the main couple since it all just went to quickly.
Maybe I should pick up the novel, is the name the same as this?
