Tbh i seriously love Heejae's character. I love how raw and real he is. He struggles with grief and regret in a way that's ugly and sometimes cruel, showcasing through all his subbornness and immovability, he is as human as the next. Even when people interpret his distance as something 'inhuman' (like how claren asked if he traded in his feelings if im remembering correctly...). His complexities are why i (and definitely Garam) are so fascinated by him.
Heejae obviously cares for Garam a lot, but the way he's constantly pushing and pushing for Garam to be "big" is what will ultimately drive them apart. Garam knows that the mark that Heejae has on him is too deep to decipher where he ends and Heejae begins, which is causing him to have an identity crisis. Even when he wants to push away and create distance between him and Heejae, he's always drawn back to Heejae's every word and continues to orbit him.
Tbh all i can hope for is for Garam to create concrete boundaries. From the beginning Garam has appreciated the little things (small concert halls, holiday performances, lesser known musicians, etc...), but Heejae refuses to see that the "little things" matter. Heejae needs to be understanding to what Garam deems as meaningful and allow him freedom to fall and to fly on his own.
No matter how Garam finds out about the manager, all hell is going to break loose. I feel like this whole situation is just going to remind Garam of what he experienced Youngjo. Even though Youngjo eventually realized his feelings, those weren't enough in the face of his previous actions. When Garam finds out about Heejae's projections, he's definitely going to doubt their whole relationship and reevaluate things.

But seriously what a beautiful chapter! My heart feels so full for Garam. I'm genuinely so proud of him... he's endured so much. He really deserves everything and more :(

I skipped a bit ahead and i'd just like to say that even if heejae says/does cruel things to garam in the future, please understand that it's a defense mechanism.... i'm not excusing his actions entirely but he's obviously a hurt and lonely man who's scared of deeper connections.
I'm lowkey just scared his character might be misinterpreted ><;;;
it's so beautiful to see heejae realizing that he can't take garam's hate. he's treated every student with the same cruel and strict teachings, but heejae cannot resist the person and sound that garam is. he's now seeing how the hate he initial wanted is coming back to bite him since he's being blocked out from garam's world, and in turn the true depth of his sound that he carves.
