Calling it BL just because the characters look like men feels disingenuous. If the appeal is primarily the anatomy kink, then it’s fetish content not BL. It’s about relationships between men the feelings, the tension, the intimacy. The moment you start centering female anatomy as the main draw, you’re changing the whole premise. That’s not just a variation, at that point it’s a whole different category.
