Why is Ian blushing so hard? I thought he hates Michele? (And yes I know Michele is cute af, every rational being would blush at him in this situation ╮(￣▽￣)╭) But I did get spoiled that it will get really dark, or did Ian already fall for Michele?

He doesn't really blush in the novel. He's surprised by Mitchel sometimes but I think the blushes are just the artists stylistic choice. Ian is kinda a sociopath so he's not actually feeling blushy flustered or whatever
Also idk which scene you're referencing cause I haven't read any of these newest chapters yet letting it marinate
It's clear that whatever Ian says is to be taken with a grain of salt because he is in denial about his feelings but his body will "show" them... I don't remember him blushing in the novel but I liked to see his face in the manwha because it's clearly meant to show how taken he is by Michele that he just can't help it
Like most said, Ian was always so calculative and cold, novel reader myself is quite surprised at his expression here ngl. It makes it look like he's got some positive interest here, there's interest in the novel but was more in the observing in such a detached way at this stage
