I feel like since the art changed the personality of some characters slightly changed too. For example i feel like Kanna is showing much more emotions when she mostly showed a neutral face or Sylvain who clearly gave 0 fuck until now is suddenly showing interest in her. Of course it might be because she is pulling away now and he is having second thoughts but even during the different moments they reunited he showed no signs at all.
