If a reader want to actually support the authors read on official sites buy on official stores for physical copies not on sites like the one u mentioned.

the point they were making was that the ai scan groups are putting little to no effort to mass scanlate tons of manhwa, but then also put ads for their website where they profit off ads and paid chapters. it wasn’t about ai, but the groups that use mtl tend to be greedier and try to earn money however they can. you can point fingers and say all scans are illegal and sure, that’s true, but it’s undeniably way worse to be getting money from it.
